To be eligible to win all entries must be received by 11:59pm EST on October 1, 2024. One winner will be selected in a random drawing. It is not necessary to answer all the questions below in order to enter and doing so does not increase the likelihood of winning. The winners will be notified by email. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received. This prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes due. A maximum of 1 entry per person is allowed. Your Local Kids Source and/or its publisher, Your Local Kids, LTD are not responsible for the quality of these services or products, nor is it responsible for any injuries sustained in using them. Employees, and their immediate relatives, of Your Local Kids Source, and/or its publisher, Your Local Kids, LTD are not eligible to enter. All applicable laws apply and this sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Prizes:
The winner will receive 4 (four) Tickets to the Long Island Aquarium in Riverhead NY. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Any interpretation of the prize shall be made within the Your Local Kids, LTD sole discretion. The prize is not transferable. Portions of the prize must be redeemed by the date and time listed within the prize description. No prize substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents will be permitted by the prize winner, except that Your Local Kids, LTD reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if deemed necessary by Your Local Kids, LTD in its sole discretion. Your Local Kids, LTD shall not be responsible for Prize Winner limitations that prevent the acceptance or use of the Prize or any portion thereof.
