Camp Harbor, located at Harbor Country Day School in St. James, New York, is a unique summer program that integrates a diverse group of activities and workshops. A typical day at Camp Harbor consists of academic enrichment, nature discoveries, age-appropriate athletics, music and much, much more!
Camp Harbor, located at Harbor Country Day School in St. James, New York, is a unique summer program that integrates a diverse group of activities and workshops. A typical day at Camp Harbor consists of academic enrichment, nature discoveries, age-appropriate athletics, music and much, much more! All campers receive Red Cross certified instruction in our inground swimming pool. Camp Harbor also offers a counselor in training (CIT) program to teens entering grades 9 and 10 in September. The CIT group, as well as our campers in grades 6-8, attend many exciting off-campus trips. Destinations may include but are not limited to bowling, mini golf, the beach, and ice skating!
Camp Harbor also offers multiple workshops and trailblazer programs to those students that are interested in immersing themselves in a particular course or experimenting with something new! These programs include robotics, painting, pottery, digital photography, website design, chess, drama, culinary arts, language arts, and math. Our program directors look forward to creating a schedule for your child that is specific to their interests and needs!
