This program, a partnership between Emma Clark Library and The Long Island Museum, will begin with a tour of the exhibits Romare Bearden: Artist as Activist and Visionary and Creative Haven: Black Artists of Sag Harbor with a member of the Museum’s educational team. Afterwards, Emma Clark Librarians will lead a book discussion on The Harlem Charade by Natasha Tarpley, a book that ties in to the themes of the exhibits.
