Day 2 – Kentucky Bourbon Butternut Squash Soup, Roasted Cauliflower Popcorn, Broiled Salmon Fillet over Arugula with White Balsamic Vinaigrette, Profiteroles with Ice Cream and Hot Fudge Sauce
Day 3 – Gougères (Cheese Puffs), Roasted Beets, Roast Pork Tenderloin with Apple-Onion Marmalade, Penne alla Puttanesca, Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes
Day 4 – Savory Mushroom and Sage Bruschetta, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Vinegar and Pancetta, Pasta with Broccoli Rabe and Sweet Italian Sausage, Mini Streusel Apple Pies
Day 5 – Guacamole en Molcajete, Spaghetti Squash, Broiled Salmon Fillet over Arugula with White Balsamic Viniagrette, Classic Creamy Risotto, Pavlova (an elegant, crispy meringue dessert)
