Kids’ Salad Making Competition at Ben’s Deli
In honor of the 50th anniversary of Ben’s Kosher Deli (www.bensdeli.net), the kosher deli and restaurant will host a kid’s salad making competition on Sunday, August 7th at 10:30 a.m. in the Greenvale location. Young competitors will show off their creativity and culinary skills while making their own salads with pre-cut ingredients. Children will have 10 – 15 minutes to assemble their salads and present to the judges. Each salad will be scored on taste and presentation. The winning salad will.
