The mola is a colorful textile art form that originated in Panama and Colombia. Molas tell the stories of the indigenous Kuna people. They are made by layering pieces of fabric on and cutting out shapes through individual layers, creating beautiful, colorful patterns! Come celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by making your own paper mola fish design with glue, scissors and brightly colored construction paper.
